Install font from this link. You will be able to use the symbol in all Office Applications.

.....................we have to change font for writing the symbol..........is there any way that the symbol gets inserted automatically.........like symbol of dollar $

The symbol is quite new for all the Computer Manufacturers. But I have read somewhere that it will be incorporated in the upcoming models. till then we have to keep changing fonts..

install the font as Mr. Amey has said and create a shortcut for the "Re" symbol in the MS-Office Applications.

Insert -> Symbol -> Select your Symbol and Create a shortcut key using the Shortcut key button.

use the shortcut where ever required.
