New income tax file opening
I don't file tax returns since I do not have a taxable income.but is it necessary to file nil returns.how to open an income tax file for an individual who has never filed returns before.what is the process of opening a new I.T file.what documents are needed? Not mandatory to file NIL IT file, but usually advisable.
You can make estimate of your income from various sources from any financial year beginning April to end of March.
You should have PAN, and some knowlege to operate efilling site of Income tax.
It will be advisable to take help of any Tax Return Preparer, in the beginning.
