suppose Mr. B wants to run cable operator business and also wish to register his business under gst act and take gst no. but some points is as follows:
1. Mr. A take cable business from Mr. B whose gst no surrender to department.
2. Mr B. run their cable business in rented shop which was taken from gram panchayat on monthly rent bases. the electricity connection is also in the name of gram panchayat. That shop is also handed over to Mr. A by Mr. b.
3. Mr. b also execute a rent deed in favour of Mr. A.
4. Mr. A open a current account in the name of cable business .
As per above said detail can Mr. A get the registration number from GST department and how can I register this. Kindle help me.pls.
