New gst registration

Dear Raja Sir, 

Rent agreement is in between company whose franchise we will take and between the landlord. There is not one between us and landlord. As rent will be given by the main company to the landlord there is no where mentioned the name of our company. 

Please consult us regarding this, I hope query is cleared now.

You can get an NOC from your franchise person and attach any adress bearing document. The document should contain your franchise name.

Does Franchise Agreement works in place of Consent Letter from the company as company is not giving us any consent letter. They are saying franchise agreement is enough to work ?

Your Franchise agreement may contain some confidential clause.. So better to get a consent letter
