Archana Ji, whereas i think there is no penalty as you have already issued the TDS forms. Old format of certificate is not an issue, the issue is whether it is issued in time or not. Please Archana ji, can u send me the new format of TDS Forms? My email address is dinesh757 @ rediffmail.com
