The New DTC is almost surely going be applicable for all incomes after 1.4.2011. Which means that it would become a Law sometime before that, probably in the February session of parliament. So will this be applicable for the Nov 2010 exams?

No, DTC will not be asked in Nov 2010 exams because the questions are asked on the basis of prevailing slabs of current A.Y. So, it may be asked in somewhere in May 2012 exams or later, if the DTC Bill is passed.
