New din form

but for getting DSC, i should have DIN,  and in the DIN form it says it needs digital signature of applicant....

so what to do now????

no....DSC can be obtained based upon PAN...

So for applying DSC on mca site, i have to click on "Manager/Secretary/CEO/CFO" tab...right??

and if i am applying for DSC from mtnl, how will i get usb token because it is written there that i have to get USB token from market???

Its means DSC is compulsory for obtaining DIN. Earlier there was no such requirement. It has increased another step and overall time of Company formation. If professional is certifying the document then why there is new provision of signing the form by applicant again? Really this is somewhat unnecessary step added.

No DIN required for making a DSC...Now you will have to mandatorily make a DSC for applying for DIN...

In the new form DIR-3 for applying for  DIN, is it necessary to obtain digital signature of a practising professional alongwith the DSC of the applicant? 

I was advised by few CAs here that there is no need for a practising professional to sign. But it seems my DSC (as an applicant) is unable to load. I have so far installed Adobe 9.5 & Java JRE 6u30. 

Kindly advise.

Hi Vandana,

I see you are a CS and you have the authority to digitally sign a DIN form as its now mandated by MCA.

I want to form a New LLP. There are four Partners and for applying DIN for each partner, is  DSC required for each partner.
