i am confused with Defination of private Limited companies under new companies Act 2013 I.e section 2(68) of the companies act 2013.
minimum member requirement not mentioned and employee memeber are excluded from total memeber.
what is status of company where only 2 shareholder and both of them are family memebers and first director , no other person involved in that case no memeber is equal to 0 as director is excluded in defination ?
Kindly clarrify if anybody has exact clarrification regarding Private limited companies under companies act 2013
