The cost of incorporation of the company depends upon the state where you want to incorporate since the company is liable to pay stamp duty accordingly
Hello Sir, Thanks for your guidance. However the company will be incorporated in West Bengal, will Private Limited, limited by shares, Auth Cap: 10 lakhs. Directors will be 2 or 3.
Kindly guide the approximate Registration Fees and Stamp Duty cost. Thanks
