New companies Bill likely soon

The government is likely to introduce a comprehensive companies Bill at the upcoming winter session of the Parliament, reports Our Bureau from Mumbai. The government has come up with a comprehensive company bill which is likely to be tabled during the upcoming winter session and it will become an Act by December 2011, Corporate Affairs Minister Veerappa Moily said.
