New companies bill effective date

Dear All,

We all know that President Pranab Mukherjee has given his assent to the Companies Bill 2013.

Please let me know when it would be effective .. or it has been effective from the date when president gave his assent.

Please help me

The Companies Act, 2013 has been notified in the official gazette w.e.f. 30.08.2013.

This will be effective from the date when Ministry of companies Affairs publish in the official gazzette.
