i have applied form form no. 1 with moa to roc on 12th april. on 26th april i received a remark that please delate all nbfc activity from moa and resubmit form no.1 again.
but i have not mentioned nbfc activity in moa only some loan or deposit activity mentioaned in moa which is previously approved by roc.
so i have to delate all money related activity from moa.
Yes, U have to delete all money related activity.
And If u r talking about the approval of Such activity in Form 1A then I will tell u that Form 1A has the Object Clause column just only to check whether the name applied is consonance wiith the main object or not.
and Approval of that object doesnt mean that same may be approved in Form 1 also.
