My exam is in may 2008(ca final).
can anyone plz say whether i need to study
recent case laws for my exam.

Hi saritha, You have to study the recent case laws specifically in Direct tax and indirect taxes. It is always advisable as you can expect questions from recent case laws.

Case laws are asked in exams particularly in indirect taxes paper.Generally Recent case laws are asked in exams. Large number of case laws are available on this website and you can refer them.
