New annexure of tnvat

I am dealer of Readymade garments.

I am unsure which annexure I am required to submit in the new Annexure system.

Annex-15 : Registered Dealer – First Schedule is only when buyer is registered.

Sir, In the old TNVAT for sale to unregistered buyers we would fill Annexure II, In the new TNVAT annexure there is only Annexure 15 "List of 1st Schedule Goods Sold to Registered Taxpayer within the State by Taxpayer" so want to confirm if in the new system we don't have to fill annexure for Sale to Unregistered buyers? Thanks
