New annexure of tnvat

Sir, In the old TNVAT for sale to unregistered buyers we would fill Annexure II, In the new TNVAT annexure there is only Annexure 15 "List of 1st Schedule Goods Sold to Registered Taxpayer within the State by Taxpayer" so want to confirm if in the new system we don't have to fill annexure for Sale to Unregistered buyers? Thanks
