I have completed steps to get ICN number and AD code from bank. Now am trying to add a bank account on Icegate portal. When I select the bank and branch it is auto populating the AD code, how do I instead enter the AD code I have received from the bank? Am I missing a step somewhere?

To manually enter the AD code instead of the auto-populated one, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select Bank and Branch Select your bank and branch from the dropdown menus.
Step 2: Click on the AD Code Field Click on the AD code field. This should open a popup or dropdown.
Step 3: Select "Others" Option In the popup or dropdown, select the "Others" option. This will allow you to manually enter the AD code.
Step 4: Enter the AD Code Enter the AD code you received from the bank in the designated field.
Step 5: Save Changes Save the changes to proceed with adding the bank account on the Icegate portal. If you're still facing issues, consider contacting the Icegate support team or consulting with a customs expert for further guidance.
