Need Claification if SHARE APPLICATION MONEY PENDING ALLOTMENT forms Part of NETWORTH of a company.

 

Networth of the Company has to be computed to ascertain appliacbility of cost compliance and cost record maintenance under CARR 2011. please advice if SHARE APPLICATION MONEY PENDING ALLOTMENT forms Part of NETWORTH of a company in this respect.

Share application money pending allotment is outside liablity unless shares are issued, so it is not the part of net worth.
