No Share Application money is not to be included while calculating Net worth.
Net Worth includes Share Capital.
Share application Money is not treated as share Capital and hence is not treated as part of the net worth..
In my view share application money is part of the networth. The other way of calculation of networth is.
Total Asset minus Total outside liabilities and Share application money can not be treated as outside liabilities.
