Net profit sharing & share holding

Net Profit Sharing
As per my idea max 10% on Net profit need to be share between the directors, share holders, Employees, correct me if I am wront, Please give an idea in details

Share distribution ratio
As per my idea our of 100% share stock company Owners group can hold 75% & Market can hold 25%.
