YES AS IT IS TRANSFERABLE
AND THE BEARER OF CHEQUE IS THE HOLDER OF CHEQUE
yes he is holder.
but the condition for holder is entitlement , which is not there then how holder ?
Since, A Holder is a person who obtains a negotiable instrument for Value,X can't be said to be a holder of cheque.
Please refer to definition of holder as per Negotiable Instrument Act 1881.
