what to do for negative liability coming in gstr4 annual return 2021-2022. challan fir se pay karna hai ki nahi.

Depends on the reason of negative liability statement

And as per Government circular, you have to firstly pay amount of negative liability thereafter you can file your GSTR-4.

But challan have been deposited by the firm with cmp08 quarterly return already

But you have used such challan again in other period as Colum 6 of GSTR-4 not filled by you.

But we have paid the taxes by increasing our turnover in next fy gstr4

Then you have to apply for refund of same.
