Negative Cash balance...

Dear R.E Vishresh.,

Check Your cash flow. How is it going negative...?

Some time we mistakenly entered the receipt to Payment head...

Some time Purchase Excutive / Marketing Ex / Any Other given only Expenditure without Cash balance...

Some other ways like Proprietor/Partners ll not give details for Cash withdrawn...

Etc.,etc.,

If you are usuing Tally you can find out by extracting daily balance statement wherein negative balance will be showed in red color.

In Tally,

open cash a/c and activate DAY WISE BREAK UP by pressing F6 key.

system will show day end cash balances. if any day end balance with credit those are negative cash balances.
