No specific question will be asked from any particular service but be thorough with POT Rules, Services provided by Post office, Money changing, Banking etc., don't go for selective reading cover all the topics and do adequate revision for proper rememberence. All the best.
No services are Applicable for MAY & Nov 2013 as per the Announcements of ICAI. However Negative List has become Applicable from MAY 2013 Exams Onward
