I think choose 2 subjects for exemption and prepare another for 40% mark.
In this way, May be You will succeed.

I think 70 days is sufficient time to clear group 1 if you plan wisely. You can adopt the strategy as advised by mittal. Plan for exemption in any 2 subjects (I think scoring in practical subjects i.e., FR and SFM is comparatively easy. However it depends on person to person. You can choose any 2 subjects in which you think you can score well). At the same time prepare for other two also to score atleast 40 in each.

70 days (2months) is sufficient time for group 1.you can refer first sfm and law than FR and Audit.focus on entire group.

I agree with nisha suggestion ,as she said 70 days time is sufficient for a single group.Many students who are in job or doing articleship takes a month leave and clear exams.So in your case,it is not short span of time.Secondly,the strategy of above 60 marks in two subjects and 40-50 marks in other subjects is also a good plan.You can choose from F.M/Accounts & Company law.Audit Paper is always a tough one because it require practical exposure and skills on the basis of which u will get good marks.However,it totally depends on your vision whether to score high marks in theory or practical subjects.
