Need urgent advice

Hello Experts,
 
I'm a resident of Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) and I am going to start an Export Firm in Delhi. For this, I wish to register a Partenership Firm.
 
Where shall I register my firm in Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) or in Delhi? Obviously, it is easier for me to complete the registration process in Gorakhpur (Uttar Predesh) ( eg. I can register my home as the Head Office) and then rent a Branch office in Delhi only when the registration process in Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) is complete.
 
Please let me know :-
 
(i) where should be the partenership deed made in Uttar Pradesh or in Delhi.
 
(ii) if there may be problems related to bank ( opening account, securing loans etc.)
 
(iii) if there will be any other complications or additional steps involved in operating in Delhi (while having Head Office in Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh).
 
(iv) if latter (after 6-8 months) i want to change the register Head office to Delhi then can it be done .
