ur CA is ryt...u need to do ur extended training wth ur present employer only...i ws in the same confusion some time back...u cant do anything in ths...bt u hav one solution..take transfer frm tht CA thn do extended part from another one..or continue wth ths employer only....yeah u r bound to work under him for 3 n half yr only..bt ur extended period is taken as..if  u were absent frm training or u didnt performed well..so extended period is taken as part of 3 n half yr in whch u were bsent/nt worked well...

i think you should take transfer and then continue with another CA.
 It is better contact BOS(Board of Studies) ask them exact solution in this regard...

its simple you should continue to do with ur present principle, its as per the agreement.
if only regarding the Articles.

Rules for transfers of articles has been amended and u can't change ur principle during the first 6 months and last one year of articles subject to

1) secondment of articles

2) due to Medical reasons

3) transfer of ur parents

 i think u can't change ur principal in the last 6 months of ur articlehip as per new training guidelines. comfirms with others too on this regard.

i think you can do articleship (including extended training also) with another CA.

new CA office  must be 50 kms away from your current office.

Yes,u r  right.

u can complete ur balance as well as extended articleship period with the new CA.u need not tolerate ur old CA's face again.
