Need to learn sections
In chapter 7- information technology regulatory issues
there are too many sections in this chapter around 124 which is quite difficult to learn.
Is it required to learn each section with there penalty provisions?

See the past papers and learn only the selected sections also u may see the imp sections from Practice manual....
No not required to study all. Just flip through pass examination questions and others which you think is important.
Refer only practice manual for this chapter
ya refere pm and rtp for important parts and try to remember on those sections

Remember the concept in the sec and need not waste time mugging up section no.....
I too have problem in remembering sections, please post some suggestions..

In exams, if u remember and confident about writing the correct sections, den only write the same, else dont write it. Because if ur content of answers are good, it will fetch u marks..
So its not important to learn all the sections..instead practise writng sample answers of RTP, PM etc.of your own.
