Need tips for relaxation during prepation

I am preparing for CA Final MAY 2012, both groups

 

and after studying of  10-12 hrs i am tired and frustrated

 

Guys help me for some tips for relaxation during this period.

Uma your problem is common for most of the students who were preparing under stress and continous long hour preparations.

take Break for 5 minutes after completion of each one hour. Second, practise meditations which can have effect to reduce your stress and improve your concentrations. Breathing excersie can also be effective since through this , your brain can get required oxygen.

Listening light music at the time of solving problem also good...
