Hi guys i am Ipcc level student, my attempt is due in november 2010. I just have five month to prepare , so i am appearing from group one only. First thing is, can i appear for both group with preparation of just five months and next is, if i passed group one of IPCC only , will my chances of working as article Trainee in reputed audit firm, will be less. My sir was telling that both group & first attempt is main criteria , to work as article in good firm. Is this True? One what basis a article trainee is selected in the audit firm like..ERNST & YOUNG, PWC....etc. What is the selection process?

5 months are enough for preparation of both the groups. I too will be appearing for both the groups this november. Don't worry much abt articleship right now instead focus on both the groups. Nothing is impossible...
