Actually one of my friend had decided to skip may 07 attempt for pe2(both groups), since he has not filled the exam form for may 07 attempt, he's thinking that nov attempt will not be counted as his 2nd attempt(i.e he is not considered as failure , although he had registered himself for may 07 exam).
I want to ask is it true, pls reply (as he also want confirmation regarding these)
