I am a desktop software developer.. My Client who raises about 30 Invoices per month can API interface to generate E way Bill?

Any consignment value exceeding INR 50,000. Even in case of inward supply of goods from unregistered person, E-Way Bill is applicable.

So in case of supply of services E-way bill generation not applicable!

No Eway is not required when there is no movement of Goods.
If there is movement of goods via Motorised conveyance & value of Consignment is more then 50k (per Invoice) the Eway is required.
(Refer rule 138)

Yes sir my clients are APMC Dealers ..they transport Goods in lorry..Now they Create E way bill by logging in to web portal..

I wanted to know whether I can use the API interface so that e. Way bill is generated from the software itself ..not manually
