Need help with Form 26QB throwing errors for final installment difference btw total a+b+C is gt 20%

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common issue encountered when filing Form 26QB for the final installment of property payment, where the system flags a 'Difference between A+B+C is greater than 20%' error. Users are seeking guidance on whether to declare the final installment as an 'Installment' or 'Lumpsum' payment, and how to correctly calculate the TDS amount when previous payments have been made. The advice leans towards using the 'Installment' approach but highlights potential system errors and the need to manage TDS calculations carefully to avoid future notices from the tax department.
