I am starting an e-commerce business with my freinds. I have already register a domain and my website is under constrution.
Now I want to open a current account and want to make a partnership deed.
We are 4 partner and we all want to access the current account. And I want to open account in name of company/firm what I have to do.
Is it important to register the company/firm also.
Please help me!!!

If you want to open your bank account in the name of company, then incorporation and registration is mandatory as per Companies Act, 1956. Read the following article at the given link:
