Need help to trace my Friends father PAN CARD

Hello all!!

On the year 2019 my friend's father had approached a local guy... To make a new PAN card in his name. Same person had collected all the details and given the acknowledgement(as in my attachment for your kind reference)... Till today de ki didn't get any PAN card why are online or offline and is acknowledgement is kept safe....he had searched  online and visited numerously to the Income tax department to find his pan card but unsuccessfully returned back.... Kindly help to get a spade card many thanks Vijai kirthi Mandya.

You should contact for helpline to PAN card issuance department or file an fresh application

Hello experts!

Is it advisable to apply for a fresh pan card?  Since my earlier application is under process... I had checked the progress of my application it is under process.... following is in attachment

No problem, application will be gets processed over in short period of time and pan card will be issued
