I am Shailesh and Planning to start business in upcoming month. I have some doubts regarding SSI registration as below.
1. Whether the SSI / Udyog Aadhar Registration / Acknowledgement is sufficient to start a business?
2. Should I start the business with SSI / Udyog Aadhar acknowledgement?
3. As I will be in service sector wheter there is mandatory to have a Shop Act Licence as i am planning to operate my business from home.
4. Some catagories I am interested are come under Manufacturing section. Is there any specific requirement for that also? (eg. civil activities, renovation activities, interior designing etc.)
5. Whether should I apply for PAN card immediately after SSI registration on behalf of Company / Firm name?
6. Is there any other legal requirement to start the business?
