If anyone has filled form 112 i.e for other course, please advice me how to fill the form? I have submitted the m.com form to IGNOU on 29-07-2010 and now I have to submit form 112 to the CA institute.Currently I have the acknowledgement receipt for admission to m.com course and not yet received any i-card,study material or any other document for proof of admission to the said course.Attached below form 112
