My uncle sold land and Paid 50000 to adocate in cash  for their service 

 

NOW can i  take cash receipt for old date laster year  like 15 thourand each for 3-4 different date  ?

As per this section, receipt by any person of cash payments of Rs 2 lakh or more (a) in aggregate from a person in a day; or (b) in respect of a single transaction; or (c) in respect of transactions relating to one event or occasion from a person is prohibited and would attract a penalty.

it's not as p section 32 but as per section 43

adovcate fee is Profectional fees

actually I replied to Mr. ratanu's view Ms. Riya.. fees paid to advocate is professional fees only.. no doubt in it

Yes you have invoice of that than u can claim exps
