Hi friends.....I Have one doubt........Does is mandatory to have a signature of "CA" in IPCC Marks Memo and ITT & Orientation Program Certificates..........?? Or we are allowed to make it sign by any other Govt. Officials.......?? Plz make me clear this, as am going to Register for Final Course.
