Just relax, you will do well. If you get this job, very good...and if you don't, a better job is waiting for you. Relax. These HR people are not Gods who think they can make or break our hopes. Be positive for the sake of being positive, and you will be fine.

Dear Sir, Generally when an interview is called by a Tax Consultancy firm the following measures may be considered:

(i) Design your resume specifically to disclose the tax related works done earlier.

(ii) The important areas to be prepared for are :

(a) Provisions relating to Tax Deducted at Source/ Tax Collection at Source, Advance Tax,

(b) Set off or carry forward of losses and /or Depreciation of earlier  years

(c) Penalty for non-compliances by  the Assessee in Default.

(d) Assessment Procedures,Revisions of Orders, Appeal procedures

(e)  Depreciation Rates, Minimum Alternative Tax,

(f) Recent Amendments .

Mostly some case laws for each references may be quoted which carry impression.But it requires deep knowledge. But mind you u answer only what u know. please dont give answers in doubt or which u dont know. 

This is some areas that may be covered in an interview by a Tax Consultant.
