Need help for preparing a Questionnaire

We have been asked to prepare a questionnaire as a college assignment wherein we have to select 10 questions for each head of income. The first 3-4 questions can be common questions. The remaining questions should be pertaining to the concerned head. The questions should be basically regarding the views and opinions regarding the current taxation laws/provisions and what do they expect/want in the future. eg: Q.1 ) Are you satisfied with the current provisions relating to Income from House Property? Q.2) If not, what would you like to see in the next Assessment Year ? ______________________________________ ______________________________________ The above question can be regarded as a common question for all the heads. A few opinion regarding the rest of the questions for the various heads of income will be very helpful. Thank You.
