Hi Friends,
Could any one plz tell me:
- When the Companies (Amendment) Act /bill, 2008 comes into effect?
- Is it applicable to those C.A. PCC/PE-II/Final students giving attempt in May/Nov,2009?
Please guide me regarding the above two questions.
