Dear Friends,
I have taken unsecured loan from the party and have disclosed the same in my Tax Audit report. Now due to dispute with party he is not ready to appear in front of Assessing Officer. How should I present this case. Do you have any case law for the same, than please pass me on the same.
alternatively u can show confirmation statement duly signed and verified from the party alongwith account statement of concerned party.
