Need gmcs 1 help

FRIENDS, my first year of articleship is completing on 5th august , before that i want to complete my gmcs 1, i am having problems in registering myself for that. i am from central region but i want to do my gmcs 1 in northern region i,e faridabad ..where from 14th july gmcs batch is going to be started...can i take admission in that?? second i want to make online payment instead of dd...can i do so.. is there is any consiquence for not completing my gmcs 1 with in 1yr of articleship?/ plss let me do what can i do..what can be better for me ??
