Hello Friends
in the first instance i have applied with a particular name to incorporate the OPC. LAter on due to change in mind promoter decided to start private company and not the OPC. As per the practical solution the promoter i.e. the applicant is required to submit the affidavit on the stamp paper declaring that OPC will not be started. In view of the said procedure i am in the need of the format of the affidavit for the same.
