The difference is of a specialised professional qualification. With FI/CO certification, you have an edge in getting into an IT company compared to other candidates who are just CA qualified.

FICO adds a technical advantage. In today's times when allmost every medium/large organisation is working on SAP, it becomes pertinent to have FICO knowledge to work efficiently. Organisations specifically ask for SAP knowledge in their JDs.

-Whether there would be proper opportunities based on the duo(CA & FICO)

Yes, there are ample opportunities.

-What would be the CTC after get certified -What would be the cost for doing the 2 modules?

The CTC should be 5-5.5 Lacs. The cost of certification of FI and CO modules is 3-4 Lacs each.

ERP consultanting is not a field for the qualified CAs. You will have to compete with non-qualified people, without any  business, industrial or internal control knowledge. Any ERP is just an accounting and internal control system for a finance professional. Better try to find an opportunity with a good brand in industry or in consulting.
