HI I am a PCC student, eligible for Nov 08 Exams..currently enrolled as Article assitant in a small firm.Now I want to change to a Bigger firm for a better exposture.I have even got offer letters from some bigger firms but my Auditor is reculant and has said he will not give me termination even if i complete my PCC. I cant continue here because it will be equal to Dummy and there is no permisssion to attend classes too..can anyone pls suggest what can i do to come out, atleast after my PCC?

Hi Lakshmi... as per my knowledge any article assistant can get transfer of articleship on mutual consent basis. If you have any valid and reasonable reason to take transfer, your employer can not deny your claims. If he rejects you can contact your regional council for further need.

Thats right. If he is professional he should understand your difficulty or else please contact your regional councile

you have two options in ur hand... firstly, u can go for SECONDMENT OF ARTICLESHIP...here u need not to take termination but some formalities u have to comply with,,,,,,,,,, Secondly, somehow convince your boss and take termination... All d best
