I am an MBA graduate from MET and am now managing my dads Hotel ie. a 3 star hotel in Santacruz - Hotel Milan International Pvt Ltd. (www.milanintl.com) I realise the due date for filing the forms 20B , 23 AC and 66 is 30-4-09. My hotel is a pvt ltd company and registered with ROC since 1984. I need help filling these forms and submitting and paying the fees online. I need to file and pay for these forms for the F.Y. 2006-07 and F.Y 2007-08 by 30-4-09.
