Can anybody tell me, how can I get a job in banking sector(private) like hdfc,icici,axis in crdit department? I am a CA Finalist and wants to build my career in banking sector mainly in credit department, like loan processing, making CMA Data, ratio analysis? Should I do any additional course?.......If any body know, pls advise! It's urgent!

I am working in a CA Firm which is connected with ICICI and AXIS bank Audits. I have seen my seniors have got many times offers directly from bank to join their Audit Department.
But for you, in my opinion you should go through all these bank websites. On their websites they provide vacancies details, or simply they provide facilities for uploading resumes, you can upload your resume by mentioning your area of interest.
And please do the same thing with popular job sites like TIMES JOB, MONSTER Etc. you can upload your resume by mentioning your area of interests and relevant experience.
There are two officials Chief Manager Level in my knowledge (as I have did Audit for 1.5 yr of ICICI Bank in my city) having qualification of CA and ICWA. CA is CLUSTER BRANCH MANAGER and ICWA is having higher grade than him but he is Chief Manager of Credit Department.
Now its your turn.
