NEED ADVICE FOR GST REGISTRATION OF PVT LTD COMPANY

In GST Registration of a PVT Ltd Co, what will be the address of principal place of business, if the company has no own place of business or don't have electricity bill in their own name or any other document to prove the same ? Can I give one of Director address who is real owner of property and can he give consent to the Company to continue the business in his place??

pls Help.
