As far as my knowledge in the field is concerned, there are no restrictions, however, if the nature of work assigned to the pvt. ltd company is sensetive to the compliance and regulations aspects of the NBFC, then care and supervisory matters should be given due importance.
As your question is not elaborated, i could not offer more comments in this regard.
