My father is the editor and publisher of weekly Hindi newspaper circulated all over India and the turnover for it is around 40 Lakhs. The Newspaper is not registered under gst because gst is not applicable on newspapers. So while filing the ITR I am confused about what Nature of business shall I fill for his business (proprietorship) so that both GST and IT Tax departments may not ask for any explaination or complainces.
Please help me by providing your suggestion.
